General Introduction of N52 Neodymium Magnets
Super magnet, N52 Neodymium magnets is the choice of many designers. N52 neodymium magnets was the strongest neodymium magnet available for commercial use up until recently.
N52 neodymium magnets grade is still a great choice for super magnets. It has the advantages of high magnetic remanence, coercive force and magnetic energy product. Therefore recommend for our customers and used for a few years. It’s maximum energy (Bh max) is usually over 400 KJ/m3 or 50-53 MGOe.
Neodymium magnets mainly composed of neodymium iron and boron, is the third generation of the rare-earth permanent magnets.Sintered Ndfeb is the strongest permanent magnets in the world up to date. It can be manufactured into all kinds of shapes and sizes. It is widely used in electric appliance, medical apparatus, office automation appliance, toys, magnetic finery, etc.

Also note that neodymium magnets are made from a hard, brittle material. Many shapes that would be easy to manufacture in a steel or aluminum part are not necessarily feasible in a neodymium magnet. Complex shapes or shapes with thin cross sections might not be possible.
